    Soul Food Party Entry Information

    Admission and ticketing Information

    ● On-site ticket exchange will be available at the Information Desk located within Seoul Plaza.
    ● Ticket exchange and entry will begin at 18:00.
    ● Please bring a valid photo ID for ticket exchange. (A smartphone image of your ID is also acceptable.)
    Acceptable forms of ID include government-issued IDs with date of birth and photo, resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, or a certificate of resident registration issuance.
    ● For foreign: Please bring a valid passport (not expired), registration card, or a government-issued ID from your home country along with a copy of your passport.
    ● Please be seated before the event begins at 19:00.

     

    Event operation and audience Information

    ● In the case of a forecast for a natural disaster on the day of the event, the event may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, further announcements regarding tickets will be made separately.
    ● Please note that if you arrive late due to traffic or parking issues, ticket exchanges or cancellations will not be permitted due to delayed arrival.

    [Wonder Show] Where can I purchase tickets for the Wonder Show?

    A

    Ticket sales for the Seoul Spring Festa 2025 Wonder Show were conducted through Interpark Ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. Early Bird reservations opened on February 11, followed by additional sales on March 4 and March 31.

    Q

    [Wonder Show] How can I exchange my ticket on-site and reserve a seat?

    A

    You can exchange your ticket for a physical one on Wednesday, April 30, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auxiliary Stadium of Seoul World Cup Stadium. (Please note that ticket exchanges will not be available after this time.)
    Please be aware that there is no designated waiting area for early entry to the Wonder Show, and waiting in line does not guarantee priority entry.
    On the day of the Wonder Show, early bird ticket holders must exchange their tickets at the designated booth and watch the performance from their assigned seats. 1st and 2nd round ticket holders may enter the venue using their mobile tickets.
    If you lose your physical seat ticket after exchanging it, you will not be allowed to enter the Wonder Show, and reissuance is not possible. Please take extra care not to lose your ticket.

    [Wonder Show] What do I need to bring to exchange my ticket on-site?

    A

    If you purchased tickets through Interpark Early Bird, selected wheelchair seats, or used the global ticketing site, you must bring a valid ID and your booking confirmation to exchange your ticket on the day of the Wonder Show.
    (※ Tickets cannot be exchanged without both documents.)

    - For Korean nationals: Physical ID such as a resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, certificate of resident registration issuance, Kakao certificate, or student ID.
    - For foreign nationals: Physical passport or alien registration card.

    Please note that 1st and 2nd round ticket holders can enter using their mobile tickets only, and physical ticket exchanges are not available for these ticket types.

    Q

    [Wonder Show] Can someone else use my ID to pick up the ticket if they are not the person who booked it?

    A

    To prevent any disadvantages caused by ticket resale or fraud, entry will not be allowed if the ID does not match the name of the ticket purchaser.
    If the attendee is different from the person who made the reservation, they must log in to the Interpark app using the purchaser’s ID and password, present the mobile ticket, and bring the purchaser’s physical ID in order to receive the ticket.

    [Wonder Show] Is parking available for the Wonder Show?

    A

    Parking at the Seoul World Cup Stadium will be extremely limited during the event, so we strongly recommend using public transportation to attend the Wonder Show.

    [Wonder Show] What time does entry for the Wonder Show begin?

    A

    Ticket exchange at the ticket booth will be available from 1:00 PM, and audience seating will begin after 4:00 PM.
    (Please note that times are subject to change depending on on-site circumstances.)

    [Wonder Show] Can I enter the venue after the performance has started?

    A

    Late entry after the performance begins is allowed; however, it may be restricted depending on the event schedule and on-site operations. To ensure a smooth viewing experience, we highly recommend arriving before the show starts. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff on the day of the event for detailed guidance.
    If you have an Early Bird ticket, you must visit the ticket booth by 7:00 PM to receive your physical ticket.
    Ticket exchange may not be possible after 7:00 PM, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

    [Wonder Show] Can I arrive early to secure a better seat?

    A

    Early Bird ticket holders can pick up their physical tickets at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the Wonder Show, but seats are assigned randomly.
    There is no designated waiting area prior to the event, and waiting in line does not affect seat assignment. Therefore, we recommend arriving during the official ticket exchange hours (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM) rather than coming early to wait.
    Heavy crowds are expected on the day of the Wonder Show, and ticket exchange will not be available after 7:00 PM. We strongly encourage you to arrive before 6:00 PM to avoid any inconvenience.

    [Wonder Show] Are ground-level seats available?

    A

    Ground-level seating is not available, and all audience members must watch the performance from their assigned seats.
    Sitting on the ground or using mats or blankets on the field is strictly prohibited, so please keep this in mind.

    [Wonder Show] Can children under the age of 12 attend the performance if accompanied by a guardian?

    A

    Yes, children under the age of 12 may attend the Wonder Show only if both the child and the accompanying guardian have valid tickets.
    Even preschool-aged children must have their own ticket to enter, and must be accompanied by a guardian.
